Batch Post Sales Invoices

    Zumzum Financials uses Sales Invoice Plans to schedule Sales Invoices to be created in the system.  Sales Invoice Plans are created when a Product has a Sales Invoice Plan Template associated with it and is used on an Opportunity.  Based on your user manually selecting the Opportunity Product field “Create Sales Invoice Plan” or your administrator automating this process, there will be many Sales Invoice Plans with Scheduled Sales Invoices to be processed.

    To batch create and post Sales Invoices from Scheduled Sales Invoice, please follow these steps (Please ensure your Sales Invoice Plan is set to “Active”):

    1. Go to Scheduled Sales Invoice Tab
    2. In the list view drop-down menu select “Ready to Invoice
    3. On the left-hand side select all the Invoices you wish to create.
    4. Once all are selected, click Create Invoice.
    5. Select the invoices you wish to send in a single invoice.
    6. Select on either;
      • Create Draft Invoice
      • Post Invoice
    7. Repeat Step 5-6 for each Invoice you wish to create and post to the ledger.
    8. Once you have created all the Invoices then click Save.
