Career in Tech: Throughout history, women have shown resilience and determination, refusing unfairness and demanding the respect they deserve. On International Women’s Day, as we often discussed the importance of equity, it’s a good time to look at the progress made and the other challenges ahead. Despite the obstacles, I feel that each year brings new hope and greater success for women, and I think this is fueled by the combination of women’s empowerment and the ever-changing world of technology.

Technology, linked with the future and change, is a hope for inclusivity and women’s empowerment. It represents innovation and progress, thriving on constant transformation. This makes the tech industry an exciting space for women, aligning with values like a commitment to diversity. The dynamic nature of technology mirrors the resilience of women and provides opportunities for their growth. It envisions a future where women, as employees, can make meaningful contributions to institutions prioritising diversity and inclusivity.

In today’s complex world, we should see technology not just as a tool but as a force for positive change. In its ever-changing state, technology guides us toward a future where gender equality isn’t just a goal but a reality. I think with each passing year, the partnership between women and technology holds the promise of creating a more inclusive, innovative, and fair world. As a marketer in the tech industry, I not only utilise my marketing skills but also assume the role of a representative voice, actively contributing to the organisation. As a woman navigating the dynamic field of marketing, I acknowledge the significance of ongoing learning. Although there may be initial challenges, this continuous learning process is a crucial element that ensures my agility and dynamism in my professional pursuits.

The journey of continuous learning is among my favourite aspects of working in tech. It guarantees that each day brings new and dynamic experiences. Furthermore, with marketing in a perpetual state of renewal and open to development, I view technology as a valuable opportunity, particularly for the application of digital marketing skills. Involvement in technology also provides me with the practice of consistently applying and honing my professional skills – an opportunity that proves advantageous in every respect.
