Send Statement button on account screen creates error “Invalid ID Customer_Statement_Email_Template”

    Issue

    The reason this error occurs is that the default email template for the “Company Settings” is missing.

    Solution

    To change this follow these steps:

    1. go to Setup (Zumzum)  and find Company Setup.
    2. Select Edit on the Company Setup
    3. Find the field “Default Cust. Email Statement Template” field and enter a value
    4. Click Save to make your changes
